Net Chanthida

Net Chanthida is an administrative assistant in human resources and procurement. During her work in Cambodia, she hopes to obtain greater experience in treating, communicating​​ difficulties, and helping Cambodian children.

She gets to train other staff members on the policy so they have a clear understanding of child protection and sexual harassment policies.

Thida has never received speech therapy treatment herself. For this reason, she is eager to see Cambodian children who struggle with speech receive free care without facing social prejudice. She developed her data collection skills, learned more about speech therapy, built her capacity, collaborated with others, and gained insight into OIC Cambodia's approach to disability work.
